 Friends of Caritas (FOC), which is a charitable institution wholly and exclusively to promote the aims and objectives of Caritas-Hong Kong, is made up of a group of dedicated volunteers who support Caritas mission. FOC was incorporated on 27 August 1996 under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance as a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. It has also been included in the list of approved charitable institutions under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. |

 Taking an independent and active role in organizing fund raising activities (e.g. Charity Walk, TV Show, Folk Song Concert etc.) and providing supportive professional advice to Caritas-Hong Kong, FOC aims to promote the mission of Caritas in the spirit of “Love in the Service of Hope”. Through organizing a variety of activities, FOC strives to increase the general public's awareness, thus their participation in and support to the manifold services that Caritas provides to the community. |
