The operation of 9 Caritas Secondary Schools offers secondary level Catholic education to pupils with a curriculum comprising both general and practical subjects throughout the secondary curriculum. It aims to give youngsters, within the age bracket of 12 to 19, to meet the needs of society and their different aptitudes and inclinations.
Printing Training Centre and Car Repair Apprentice Training Centres offer a structured shop-floor training programme combined with part-time day release study course at technical institutes, enabling youngsters reaching the age of 15 to receive 3-year organised craft apprenticeship training in a particular trade of automobile mechanics and printing.
Field Studies Centre provides students of Secondary 6 and 7 level with a five-day field studies programme in areas such as natural science, environment studies, pollution studies etc. which are related to their Advanced Level syllabus of relevant subject. The Centre allows students to gain first-hand information about our environment and relevant research methods. They participate in field trips related to the study of ecology and geography.

Over 1,000 students graduated from Caritas Secondary School each year .

Some students from Caritas Secondary Schools obtained outstanding results when they participated in competitions such as art and design competition, essay competition and dancing competition, etc. They were also complimented for their excellent performance in voluntary services.

A technician apprentice of Caritas Printing Training Centre was awarded the "2002 Outstanding Trainee / Apprentice" by the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council.

Through the assessment by the Quality Assurance Inspection teams of the EDB, the performance of our Caritas Secondary Schools in general were shown positive. Most of the schools were assessed as value-added schools.

Caritas Fanling Chan Chun Ha Secondary School and Caritas Chong Yuet Ming Secondary School were awarded the "Caring Campus Scheme" award on 2007 and 2008 respectively.

Caritas Chong Yuet Ming Secondary School was awarded the 1st Runner-up of the "Quiz on 30th anniversary of China's Economic Reform" on 2008.
