| The Centre provides round-the-clock residential care service for girls aged 16 to 21 with behavioural, emotional and family problems. The serving capacity is 24. |

| The unit provides residential care service for adolescent girls aged 14 to 18, who have behavioural and/or emotional problem. A secondary school has been set up to provide education for the girls. The serving capacity is 104. |
