Caritas – Hong Kong was awarded the 8th runner-up of Highest Service Hour Award 2017 (Public Organizations) at the Hong Kong Volunteer Award Presentation Ceremony organized by the Social Welfare Department (SWD) on 2 December 2018. There were 16,348 registered volunteers in the year of 2017, who achieved a total of 453,315 service hours.
