With deep gratitude, we announce the successful conclusion of the “Support Wang Fuk Court Fire Victims” donation campaign initiated by Caritas-Hong Kong. Thanks to the generosity and compassion of individuals and organizations across society, the campaign raised approximately HKD 23 million. Every contribution is fully dedicated to supporting the affected residents of Wang Fuk Court, the foreign domestic workers and other persons affected by the Tai Po fire tragedy, including the provision of  emergency cash assistance and essential supplies to affected families, installing and improving home equipment for residents and elderly people moving into new homes, as well as providing emotional support. These efforts aim to help them overcome challenges and rebuild their lives with dignity.

The donation campaign officially concluded on 31 January 2026.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who placed their trust in us and offered their generous support. While we are no longer accepting donations under this campaign, we remain steadfast in our commitment to using the funds responsibly and with care. We will continue to provide emotional support, daily assistance, and other essential services to the affected residents. May they, in the midst of hardship, feel the love of Christ and encouragement from the community, and rediscover hope for the future.
