Establishment of Ning An Scheme

Advocating the principle of “understanding the elderly's wishes, expressing love before life ends”, the scheme assists participants in making end-of-life arrangements. On one hand, it emphasises the autonomy and self-determination of the elderly, allowing them to make choices based on their religious beliefs, financial situations and preferences. On the other hand, the scheme also caters for the spiritual needs of the elderly, arranging visits by social workers and volunteers as well as organising activities and gatherings. These help participants experience love and peace during their final journey in life.

Establishment of Caritas La Vie Bakery

By promoting their hand-made products, the bakery aims to raise public awareness about the capabilities of the disabled. Hopefully, this can eliminate misconceptions and help build a harmonious and inclusive society.
