Remarks

• Each donations of HK$100 or above in the financial year are tax deductible according to the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
• We shall use your personal data for issuing receipts and communications.
• Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right of access and corrections with respect to your own personal data. For any inquiries, you can by written fax to 3589 2295 or email to [email protected].
• Payment process will be done via the Payment Solution Services powered by the BOC Credit Card (International) Limited. Your credit card information will only be collected by the bank and the credit card companies via their payment gateway for the purpose of processing the donation payment. Settlements of payments will be processed via the platform powered by the BOC Credit Card (International) Limited, and the bank concerned will not disclose any of the credit card information to the Agency. Other personal information such as donor’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address will be securely encrypted while transferring to the Agency system. They will only be used for the purposes of issuing donation receipts.
