The Agency has recently received reports from the public regarding fraudsters claiming to be staff of our Family Crisis Support Centre. The fraudsters contacted real estate companies / service providers, requesting
donation of mattresses forfundraising activities.

We hereby declare that we are currently not organising any fundraising activities that involve donation of mattresses.

With grave concern about this scam, we are following up the case seriously. We strongly advise the public to stay vigilant and not to trust calls or messages from unknown individuals. If in doubt, please contact the police immediately.
